DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

CORPORATE FINANCE 

Job Description:

• Collaborate with HOD's to formulate key performance indicators objectively the company's goals.
• Align departmental goals and processes with the organization's short-term and long-term strategy.
• Suggest improvements or recommendations to existing business strategies to drive growth.
• Prepare strategic business cases and presentation materials.
• Build strong relationships with key external and internal stakeholder as part of stakeholder management;
• To assist in planning, executing, and managing all corporate related matter with external parties i.e banks, legal advisors, auditor and management.
• To coordinate and supported all investor relation matter.
• To corporate-related matters are documented and reported in compliance with corporate governance requirement guidelines.

Job Requirement:

• A recognized Degree or Professional Degree in Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking or professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CPA) or any equivalent courses.
• At least 4-5 years(s) working experience (Corporate Planning) is required for this position.
• Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken, with presentation & articulation skills.
• Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, be independent and possess a positive attitude.
• Preferably in audit or corporate reporting areas.
• Experience in group consolidation or tax will be an added advantage.
• Pro-active, enthusiastic, and self-driven with high level of integrity.
• Good analytical and communication skills, as well as Microsoft Office, a particularly Excel.

Deskripsi Kerja:

• Bekerjasama dengan HOD untuk mencari kaedah terbaik sebagai penunjuk aras prestasi kerja yang selari dengan objektif syarikat.
• Menyelaraskan matlamat jabatan dengan organisasi dalam jangka masa pendek dan jangka masa Panjang.
• Memberi cadangan penambahbaikan kepada strategi perniagaan yang sedia ada untuk memacu pertumbuhan syarikat.
• Menyediakan strategi perniagaan dan dokumen pembentangan.
• Membina hubungan yang kukuh dengan pihak luaran dan dalaman untuk mencapai objektif organisasi.
• Membantu dalam merancang, melaksanakan dan mengurus semua perkara berkaitan korporat dengan pihak berkaitan seperti bank, penasihat undang-undang, juruaudit dan pengurusan.
• Menyelaras dan menyokong perkara berkaitan hubungan pelaburan.
• Memastikan perkara berkaitan korporat didokumenkan dan dilaporkan mengikut garis panduan keperluan tadbir urus korporat.

Keperluan Pekerjaan:

• Ijazah yang diiktiraf atau Ijazah Profesional dalam Kewangan/ Perakaunan/ Perbankan atau kelayakan profesional (ACCA/CIMA/CPA) atau mana-mana kursus yang setara.
• Sekurang-kurangnya 4-5 tahun pengalaman bekerja (Perancangan Korporat) diperlukan untuk jawatan ini.
• Fasih bertutur dan bertulis dalam bahasa Inggeris dengan kemahiran pembentangan.
• Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan, pengurusan masa yang baik, berdikari dan mempunyai sikap positif.
• Berpengalaman dalam bidang audit atau bahagian pelaporan korporat.
• Mempunyai pengalaman dalam penyatuan kumpulan atau cukai.
• Pro-aktif, bersemangat dan pandu kendiri dengan tahap integriti yang tinggi.
• Kemahiran analisis dan komunikasi yang baik, serta Microsoft Office, khususnya Microsoft Excel.
