DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

About the Role

To build and manage rapport with corporate clients to ensure optimum customer acquisition, retention and income generation from sales of all appropriate products of the bank.

What will you do:

• Promotes the development and profitable growth of the commercial and corporate banking portfolio.
• Implementing a structured marketing strategy to maximize business development opportunities for sustainable growth.
• Identifying prospects and referral from both internal/external networks.
• Analyzing prospects lists and prioritizing business development opportunities based industry/market data and customer analytics.
• Review customer transactions to ensure activity is appropriate for the type of business and the initial projected volumes as stated at opening date of account and volumes updated from that time.
• Partner with credit solutions group who has primary responsibility for credit deal structuring, negotiating and pricing, ensuring the quality and fast turnaround of credit proposal.
• Liaising with other department within the Bank for fulfillment (including documentation, drawdown, liaison with 3rd parties) all service activities, and monitoring & reporting actions as required.
• Identify prospect and convert in line with Bank’s appetite.
• Maintaining an appropriate ongoing sales pipeline and calling program.
• Ensure quality of the sales pitch and lead them with the clients
• Builds and maintains a high market profile in the assigned market area with both internal and external

Skills, certifications and experience you possess:

• Degree in Accounting/ Finance/Economic or equivalent from any university.
• Must have at least 5 years working experience in similar environment.
• Good working knowledge of the Companies Act and legal requirements for security documentation.
• Familiar with market credit policy, guidelines, practices and programs
• Good knowledge of Bank’s products and services.
