Midas Daya Teknologi mencari 1 karyawan ditempatkan diperkerjakanpada posisi Fungsi Teknisi IT pada Midas Daya Teknologi yang berlokasi di daerah Karet, Setiabudi, KOTA ADM. JAKARTA SELATAN, DKI JAKARTA, Indonesia
Adapun yang dibutuhkan adalah seorang dengan:
- Gender Laki - Laki / Perempuan
- Pendidikan Sarjana
- Status pernikahan menikah & belum menikah.
- Umur Pelamar adalah antara s.d. 35 tahun.
- Fisik Pelamar : Non Disabilitas
- Skill yang dibutuhkan : Java EE (Java Enterprise Edition), User Acceptance Test (UAT), Sistem operasi, It support, PL/SQL (Procedural Language/SQL)
Kualifikasi Pelamar
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree Graduate in Engineering (Computer, Electrical Industrial), Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
- Having a minimum of 1 year experience in IT Application Support.
- Can join immediately will be more prioritized.
- Technical knowledge of Java and PL/SQL is a MUST.
- Have knowledge of Oracle Database and any other computer software.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia. English knowledge is a plus point.
- Willing to work in shifts is a must.
- Must possess a strong will towards identifying, analyzing, and closing problems raised in the software.
- Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently, and a professional and friendly attitude with clients/customers to establish what the problem is and explain the solution over the phone or face-to-face.
- Must possess and be able to demonstrate strong influencing and closing skills.
- Previous experience in Core Banking Support is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Talk to staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems, implement new technology or resolve issues.
- Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
- Support new technology implementation.
- Provided guidance regarding data sources, product development, and problem-solving.
- Testing test scenarios, and test cases, coordinating for SIT/UAT, providing SIT/UAT Support, and resolving functional and technical issues.
