- Perform data profiling and analysis to identify and address data inconsistencies, inaccuracies, and missing values.
- Develop and implement data cleansing and correction procedures to improve data quality.
- Monitor data quality metrics and report findings to stakeholders.
- Develop and implement data access controls and permissions to ensure data security and compliance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data ownership, usage, and retention policies.
- Create and maintain data dictionaries and glossaries to improve data understanding and accessibility.
- Monitor compliance with relevant data privacy regulations (e.g., PDPL) and internal data security policies.
- Stay informed about evolving data privacy regulations and best practices.
- Work collaboratively with business departments and IT teams to implement data governance initiatives.
- Communicate data quality issues and findings effectively to stakeholders across the organization.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Understanding of data quality methodologies and best practices.
- Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations (e.g., PDPL- Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law).
- Good command of English both in spoken and written.
