Responsibilities as an associate consultant:

• Building your network and proactively sourcing new candidates.
• Conducting pre-screening assessments of potential candidates.
• Building and maintaining relationships with candidates
• Creating compelling job advertisements.
• Coordinating interview processes and guiding candidates throughout.
• Negotiating and finalising job offers.
• Skillfully handling objections to achieve successful placements

About you: 

Although you do not need any specific experience, we do look for the following:

• A background in a customer-facing role, preferably sales-based or sporting background.
• You are hardworking, resilient, and sociable!
• Eagerness to learn and the ability to implement feedback through training.
• Competitiveness (with yourself and others) with the ability to work to targets.
• Money motivated
• Good communication skills and the ability to build rapport.
• Desire to be a part of a collaborative, hard-working, and fun culture with other top performers!
