DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Lead and manage the implementation of new enhancements or projects impacting Trade systems to ensure new business features are implemented successfully on time and within budget.
• Oversee the maintenance and support of existing systems so that it remains relevant with ever changing business requirements operation and achieves the maximum uptime target.
• Resolve application issues as reported by users and provide support on upgrades to minimize system outage.

1. Gather feedback from users on issues reported.
2. Perform investigation and root cause analysis, or identify workaround in house/ with vendors where applicable.
3. Tracking of issues and resolutions for timely rectification responses based on SLAs.
4. Recommend and implement the workaround or permanent solutions.

• Ensures that all enhancement and new developments are designed and delivered with quality.
• Seek ways to enhance systems performance of the existing application to improve business processes and increase operational efficiency.
• Maintains skills and technical knowledge to keep pace with the best practices in technology as applied in capital markets.
• Manage projects or application enhancement and lead development team in the implementation of solution delivery to ensure new business features are successfully implemented, on time and within budget.
• Team management.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Knowledge on Malaysian Capital Market particularly on Clearing, Settlement and Depository, Securities and Derivatives Market - will be an added advantage
• Minimum 6 years on operational support
• Shell scripting, Linux Knowledge (RHEL & Linux), Windows Server Knowledge i.e. Windows Server 2016 and above, Database Operational Knowledge (Oracle, DB2 & MySQL), Web Application Knowledge (Jboss, Apache, IBM WAS is added advantage), HP OpenView Event Monitoring
• Self motivated, team player, independent and ability to lead the team, strong communication and presentation skills.
