Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Tingkat Kesulitan dalam wawancara : normal

  1. Solicit Business for the hotel, meet budget targets and achieve Room night and revenue objectives
  2. Maximize profit opportunities, analyze all sources of business and develop those with the highest profit potential
  3. Work with other personnel supervise sales executives to ensure the smooth operation of the department, and ensure that every staff member carries out their duties accordingly. 
  4. Report to the Sales Manager any complaints, comments or suggestions received from guests or the general public that may improve the Archipelago International property's services and products. 
  5. Conduct market surveys and gather marketing intelligence on competitors to pass on to the Sales Manager so that she is kept well informed of market developments. 
  6. Participate in trade shows and sales promotions assigned by the Sales Manager.
  7. Travel to source markets to solicit business and establish and/or develop relationships with key customers and accounts. 
  8. Maintain positive relationships with travel agents, commercial accounts, and other sources of business for the Hotel. 
  9. Coordinate functions in the Hotel that relate to sales, incentives, etc. 
  10. Communicate daily with the Front Office and Food & Beverage Departments to ensure that customers are receiving the highest level of service possible.
  11. Participate in social activities, clubs and organizations that promote the interests of the Hotel and improve professional skills. 
  12. Attend meetings as required / directed by the Sales Manager. 
  13. Responsible for promotions of the hotel as directed by the Sales Manager. 
  14. Negotiate with travel agents, tour operators, wholesalers, airlines, and other customers as designated by the Sales Manager. 
  15. Determine what should constitute the Hotel’s "VIP Guest" or "Special Treatment" services. 
  16. Perform any other duties assigned by Management. 
  17. Represent Management when required.
