Job Description 职位描述:
To assist Account Manager in Monthly / half year / year-end closing and prepare the complete full set of account.(such as: P&L , Balance sheet GL,AP, AR and Bank Recociliation)
协助会计经理进行月度/半年/年末结账并准备全套利润表、资产负债表 GL、AP、AR 和银行调节表
Verify the Sale Delivery Order and ensure the completeness of billings
验证销售交货单并确保帐单的完整性
To ensure proper maintenance of accounting records, documents and files to support all accounting, and proper filing system as well.
确保正确维护记录、文件和档案以支持所有会计以及正确的归档系统。
Compile and verify staff expenses claim and proper account coding
编制并验证员工费用报销和正确的帐户编码
To assist Account Manager regarding K1 / SST / Import tax / Export tax matters
协助会计经理联络运输商关于K1/SST/进口税事宜
Manage all accouting payable transactions , prepare payment vouchers
管理所有供应商应付交易、准备付款凭证。
Assist in inventory reports and stock count.
协助库存报告和库存盘点
Support and review of payroll (EPF. SOCSO, PCB and HRDF)
支持和审查薪资（EPF、SOCSO、PCB 和 HRDF）
Attend to any ad-hoc task requested by management from time to time.
能够及时应付管理层不时要求的任何临时任务。
Requirements 要求：
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
会计或金融文凭/学士学位
Minimum 2 yeasr experience 至少 2 年经验
