DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

RESPONSIBILITIES

The job holder is responsible to perform the following duties and additional tasks directed by the superior

• Monitor employee leave, attendance, and overtime
• Assist Manager with recruitment
• Monitor and update employee's daily attendance
• Data entry processing
• Update employee personal particulars to the system
• Conduct Interview
• Carry out orientation & factory familiarization to new employees
• Update employee master file, disciplinary & KPI records
• Update & monitor records for staff undergoing performance improvement plans
• Assist Manager in issuing Show Cause Letter, Warning Letter, and Reminder Letter
• Prepare ISO documentations
• Issuing of memos
• Maintain department goals / KPIS and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
• Monitor ISO quality objective.
• Assist in preparation of F&B
• Other related administration / HR work
