Lowongan Kerja Posisi Manufacturing / Cost Estimator Engineer di Alliance Contract Manufacturing Sdn Bhd

DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

1. Participating in the development of new products or processes by conducting research, collecting data and suggesting design changes.
2. Communicating with other departments within an organization to coordinate projects activities.
3. Developing engineering drawings and schematics that detail how a product should be constructed or how a process should work.
4. Reviewing engineering drawings and other documents to ensure that they meet industry standards.
5. Testing first built of new products to ensure they meet requirements before mass production begins.
6. Coordinating with supplier to ensure that they provide materials and support on time and in the correct quantities and quality.
7. Conducting surveys of customers to determine their needs and preferences in order to develop new capability or improve existing ones.

Job Requirement

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma and above, with preference in Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or related engineering discipline.
2. At least 2-5 years work experience in related field.
3. Able to use CAD software to create models of products such as machines or structures that can be tested or built based on the designs.
4. Familiar with pipe / tube bending (CNC and Manual stand), TIG welding for Aluminum and Stainless Steel, tube assembly and NDT.
5. Able to create LRA/XYZ program for tube bending, expert with AutoCAD, Solidworks, AutoDesk Inventor.
