DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

• Assist in bookkeeping to include: monthly cost reports to funding sources, daily ledgers financial statements, accounts receivable, accounts payable, disbursement journal, profit and loss statements, payroll reports, assets depreciation, trial balance, tax reports, etc.
• Assist in the filing of taxes for the company and in updating relevant tax policies and procedures on the basis of Malaysian Tax Law
• Keep abreast of Malaysian Tax Law and Accounting Standards and their developments
• May need to liaise with the relevant government authorities for any related tasks
• Be responsible for banking in and security of daily cash collection or disbursement and the tabulation/updating of accounts that correspond to the transactions that occur be they debit or credit.
• Assist in preparation of budgets, proposals, objectives, audits, annual reports, etc.
• Assist in maintaining and further developing the automated data processing system for daily, weekly, or monthly accounting of the company.
• Maintain financial and/or personnel files.
• Assist superiors in the management of monthly payroll to staff, taking responsibility for and ensuring its accuracy
• Any other duties reasonably requested by management.
