DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

Responsible to lead the effort and have the know how to build the automation framework. Carry out the Proof of Concept (PoC) of automation design and implement the automation strategy. To present the automation capabilities and influence the direction of automation effort, and schedule and prioritize the automation deliveries.

Qualifications

• 9 years and above of experience in managing and conducting end to end Automation Test for small to medium size banking related projects.
• Overall financial services industry knowledge with specific functional expertise, preferably in the WPB domain such as Loans/Mortgage/Cards/Liabilities, Distribution channel (eg. Contact Centre, Internet Banking), and Wealth.
• Experience in managing automation testing, both in an Agile and Waterfall delivery environment.
• Experience in working with diverse teams of different work streams. Ability to prioritize competing demands. Good interpersonal and communications skills (both verbal and written) with a proven ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders. Capability to work individually or as part of a team Language capabilities:

• Certification: ISTQB, ISEB, QA, QAI, SAFE, CTFL, CSTP, TQL, AE1, AS2
• Education: Degree holder in Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Computer Science, Education, Engineering, Technical, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, Computer Engineering, Science, Technology
• Desired automation skills: Selenium, Core Java, Jenkins
