DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

• Responsible for the overall Factory operations (QC, Store, Production & etc.)
• Thorough understanding of factory environment, manufacturing, and business processes with management requirements and dynamics
• Oversee & manage the operation of Production department (Production planning, scheduling, costing & manpower management)
• Establishing a balance between increased productivity and reduced costs of manufacturing operations.
• Improve manufacturing efficiency by analysing and planning work flow, space and equipment layout.
• Multitasking ability
• Plan, organize, lead and control the factory to achieve production targets and optimum operation levels.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Outstanding time management skills.
• Strong management and leadership skills.
• Work closely with departments to ensure that factory performance is exceptional in all area.
• To ensure the implementation of and adhere to all company & factory control procedures to ensure compliance with statutory requirements in ISO environmental legislation, quality standards & safety & health
• To perform any other assignments as and when required by the management.
