Lowongan Kerja Posisi Invoicing Clerk di TAN ZHUAN PLASTIC INDUSTRIES SDN BHD

DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

1）Issue invoices and bills daily using the billing software (Autocount system).

2）Check the data input in the accounting system to ensure accuracy of final bill (items, prices, quantity of goods, exemption).

3）Update or added new/existing customer information to billing system such as change in address, phone number and etc.

4）Create all the purchase orders from customers.

5）Scan all the PO to server including PO from salesperson.

6）Filling all the previous invoices and delivery order and pass to account.

7）Manage account balances to discover outstanding debts.

8）Send reminders for payments and contact customers when assigned.

9）Update account of receive payments through various methods (cash, online payments etc.) and check for credibility.

10）Answer questions and handle complaints from customers regarding bills, goods return and etc.

11）Prepare monthly quotation for customers.

12）Reply all the customers new products inquiries.

13）Record all the products item that taken by the customers .

14）Check and reply all the email, Whsatsapp, fax from customer every time to time.

15）Answered client calls from main multi-line telephone system.

16）Other duties as assigned.
