DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

Position Summary

The Sales Executive (Institutional) is responsible for managing the sales operations by outlet within assigned Institutional Channel Customers, creating and maintaining access for consumers in partnership with Nursing Homes, Government & Private Hospitals, Independent Pharmacy, and other related Government & Welfare Organizations. Providing education and training to defined customers including tender business in hospitals for Baby, Adult, Femcare & Tissue categories. The professional link between the company’s product assortment and medical incontinence management gives a total qualitative view of the value and benefits of using Vinda products/services to customers.

You will play an important role to:

1) Business Development

  • Define, prepare and implement value-added services e.g. product training, education, forum, congress, and presentation to targeted customers as part of the process to achieve the sales target.
  • Conduct and follow up on clinical trials towards new targeted institutions. Provide evidence and sales argument to close sales with decision makers.
  • Recruit new business as well as improve existing business by providing professional service support to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Develop strong relationships with Hospital / Nursing Home/ Retail Customers.

2) Sales Operation

  • Influence the size and frequency of sales orders for hospitals and Nursing homes.
  • Maximize distribution and range.
  • Maximize share of facings on shelves and optimal brand positioning in Independent Pharmacies.
  • Minimize the out of stocks on the shelf and display.
  • Ensure compliance with all promotional activity as arranged.
  • Maximize the use of all point-of-sales material on display and shelves or any prominent areas within the store.
  • Optimize call coverage of defined territory to maximize every opportunity.
  • Maintain up-to-date in-store records of sales and merchandising activities.

3) Competitor Monitoring

  • Keep sales management informed of all competitor activities sighted.
  • Continuously update the performance of Vinda product assortment vs. competition and propose areas of improvement to product management.

4) Collection

  • Maintain high standards for collections.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, Customer Relationship Management, Communications, Business Administration, or any other related field. The equivalent of this in working experience is also acceptable for this position.
  • At least 3 years of sales working experience in Pharmacy, Hospital, and Institution channels.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel outstation and possess own vehicle.
