DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy of FX and price for daily valuation.
• Process corporate action events and ensure timely delivery of proxy form.
• Record all trades in the system and ensure daily money market placements are successful.
• Perform stock holdings reconciliation for funds and private mandates.
• Monitor for the currency shortfall and arrange for the currency transfer.
• Generate private mandates monthly reports.
• Process clients’ redemptions/subscriptions in a timely manner.
• Issue instruction letters to Trustees/Custodians/Brokers/Dealers for account opening.
• Handle clients’ requests on ad-hoc basis.

Job Requirements

• Possess Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Accounting, any professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CPA) or any other equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of related working experience in fund management operations/settlements of stockbroking operations.
• Preferably candidate with knowledge of fund management operations and unit trust industry.
• Dedicated, self-motivated and able to work in a team.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Good command of spoken and written English.
