DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• ​Execute outbound calls to existing database promoting financial products such as insurance and credit card/portfolio sales.
• ​To ensure high service standards by making sure all presentation to customers are in accordance to given product guide and sales script
• ​To ensure monthly sales target are met
• Deliver and educate perspective customer on the benefits of the product and the services

WE PREFER YOU TO:

• Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia
• Candidate must possess a minimum of 2 years telemarketing experienced in banking industry
• Have passion for sales and perseverance when faced with challenges
• Be able to work collectively in a team
• Be able to work through hesitation and adapt to the work environment/ requirement
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Sales - Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent.
• Full Time positions.
