DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

Requirements:

Develop and execute a comprehensive market development strategy for the wood coating industry in Malaysia.
Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, contractors, architects, and developers.
Conduct market research to analyze customer needs, preferences, and industry trends to adapt and tailor our product offerings accordingly.
Lead and motivate a dedicated team, ensuring their professional development and alignment with company objectives.
Implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote our wood coating solutions, increase market share, and achieve revenue targets.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, market dynamics, and competitors' activities to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of the market.
Collaborate with global teams and participate in product development initiatives to address specific customer requirements and enhance our product portfolio.
Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction through regular engagement and effective post-sales support.
The position also would require to frequently travel within the country; including Sabah and Sarawak.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior management position within the wood coating industry or a related field.
Extensive knowledge of the Malaysian wood coating market, industry trends, and customer preferences.
Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing market development strategies that drive sales growth.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team toward achieving targets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to establish and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage market insights to make informed business decisions.
Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and drive results.
Willingness to travel within Malaysia as required.
