DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

Job summary :

Oversee all the financial matters for the entire group. Lead the entire finance team and oversea company include accounting, finance, costing and reporting matters. Responsible to prepare and implement financial strategy, policies and procedures as well as financial controls.

Job Description

• Leading financial management team by overseeing all the operations of the finance department
• Plan all the financial operations determine the goals and delegate assignments
• Develop a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting mechanism
• Determine annual and monthly budgets of operations
• Communicate and cooperate with all the other key managers and related team
• Provide all the financial reports to management in timely manner
• Coordinate the annual audit and prepare the annual financial report
• Perform detailed financial analysis to evaluate the performance of the department /organization 
• Provide financing advisory and take most beneficial financial decision
• Do long term financial planning
• Be a leader by motivating and supervising subordinates
• Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned 

Requirement /Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or higher from an accredited university
• Min 5 years of working experience particularly in the freight and logistics sector. We encourage applicants from other sectors as well
• Strong financial acumen ability to translate complex business problems into financial terms
• Licensed, active CPA/CMA will be an advantage (preferred)
• Strong Microsoft excel skills with related IT expertise
• Good communication skills at all levels in the organization
• Flexible and responsible for meeting tight deadlines 
• Required Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and other local dialects.
