DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

Job Responsibilities

• To lead and manage all presales tasks within AVM CLOUD
• Responsible to gather, analyzing, and articulating business requirements in order to provide a comprehensive response to RFP/RFI tender proposals with the best solutions.
• During presales, take the lead to provide the best solution for customer needs and charter their journey with AVM CLOUD solutions.
• Be responsible for building proposed solution presales material with consolidated information from the Subject Matter Expert and delivery team.
• Build a strong business relationship and trust with existing and new clients.
• To maintain regular communications with customers to understand their needs.
• Be the liaison person between the client and the delivery team for better solutions with best practices consideration.
•  Assist in providing training to clients based on training deck provided by Subject Matter Expert as and when required.
• Work closely with the Sales team to embark on new leads/new logos.
• Work closely with Subject Matter Expertise, delivery team, and presales team to obtain more product knowledge and market trends.
• A presales consultant may be requested to create a new or existing product presales presentation kit or training materials for commercial use.
• Willing to take on additional responsibility to ensure team success and the best solutions proposed.

Job Requirement

• Familiar with cloud computing products and solutions. (IaaS, PaaS & SaaS)
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, or equivalent.
• Competency in VMware is a Must.
• Technical competency in VMware, VEEAM, TrendMicro & NETAPP products.
• Experience in fulfilling RFI, RFQ & RFP processes.
• At least 5 years or proven working experience in IT system integrator experience.
• Must have IT knowledge and hands-on person (Experience Engineer Background Preferred).
• Must possess own transport and willing to travel.
• Good command of English - both verbal and written.
• Well-disciplined and have an attitude to learn new systems.
• Must be a Team player.
• Fresh graduates who possess the right attitude will be considered.
