DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE
Plan, develop & review investment products (own and third party) to address full range of investors needs
Design, propose & run acquisition campaigns (external) & internal sales challenges to convince NTB & ETB customers to take up investment products
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the Squad Lead to plan tasks required for delivery of Quest
Support identification and interpretation of data/ reports/ research results
Document and refine product specifications (documentation of deliverables of squad)
Prepare reports/presentations based on the analysis for external & internal communications
Source and analyse data for the creation of baseline, future state costs, FTE, process maps and any other analysis required for mission
Analyse data and solves data-related issues
Examine ways to better understand customer needs and potential improvement of team performance via data capture and analysis

To be the subject matter expert in Structure Products and solutions offered in the in-country consumer banking platform
Meet revenue targets and products P & L on overall and per channel
Support new product, service initiatives and proposition launches on all bank channels – Traditional and Digital
Digitalization of investment platform by enhancing the program and customer roadmaps, program development, program launches, and program marketing.
Execute the client value propositions, positioning, segmentation, pricing, targeting, channel strategies, and competitive differentiation for RHB clients.
Prepare materials for the sale and recommendation / distribution of products; Ensure that the products and materials offered are compliant with internal and external regulatory requirements
Support regular coaching, training and market/product briefings to sales staff to enhance their functional competencies & professionalism, raise the level of proficiency and technical expertise of the RMs, in their course of interacting with customers.
Work in partnership with internal stakeholders to achieve greater penetration of Structure Products across Bankers/Clients via close collaborations and other initiatives
Build strong relationships with various fund house partners to come up with best ideas, support sales related activities eg. Client events, product launches, other marketing and branding activities.
To have a keen understanding and full awareness of, and adherence to, in-country regulatory framework, rules of engagement in the sales and marketing of investment products, as well as legal and compliance guidelines.
Responsible for Treasury product life cycle product management, development and strategy.
Manage end-to-end product development lifecycle, i.e. responsible for timely and successful product launch.
Work with WM Advisory team for market views and utilize the information for product ideas.
Work with Treasury Advisory Investment on derivative products with equity, credit interest rate, commodities underlying and fixed income.
Ensure products are continuously in full compliance with internal and external regulations, guidelines and policies.
Assess market competition by comparing the Bank’s product to competitors’ products. Identify the Bank’s product unique selling points and share with distribution on how to position / pitch the Bank’s product over competitors’ products
Study market condition, provide fund focus and model portfolio with house view, market outlook, and thorough analysis on economic cycle, bottom up and top down analysis.
REQUIREMENTS
Degree holder
Preferable to have FIMM license, IPPC license, FPAM license and CFA accredited, however this is not a compulsory
At least 5-10 years’ experience in wealth management product
Well informed on the developments in the relevant domains.
Good understanding of key bank processes
Business financials and planning knowledge
Good problem solving and analytical skills
Knowledge on analytical tools
Good written communication skills
