DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

The SEO Director is responsible for setting the strategic direction of our search engine optimization efforts and for achieving our client's SEO goals. The individual will lead a team of SEO specialists and work closely with the content and technical teams to ensure alignment with the SEO strategy.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement an effective SEO strategy to drive organic traffic growth and improve search rankings for clients. This includes setting clear KPIs and objectives, forecasting performance, and managing the SEO budget.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SEO specialists. This includes setting goals, providing feedback, and facilitating professional development opportunities.
• Technical SEO: Oversee technical SEO efforts including site structure, URL structure, internal linking strategy, meta data, XML sitemap, and more to ensure websites are search-engine friendly.
• Content Optimization: Work with the content team to ensure that all online content is optimized for SEO. This includes performing keyword research and advising on the strategic placement of keywords within the content.
• Link Building: Develop and execute a link building strategy to acquire high-quality inbound links.
• Performance Reporting and Analysis: Regularly track, analyze, and report on SEO performance. Use data-driven insights to refine and evolve strategies.
• Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date on the latest SEO trends and Google algorithm updates, and adjust strategy as needed.
• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients on SEO matters, maintaining strong relationships and providing regular updates on campaign progress.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of SEO experience, with a proven track record of driving growth in organic search traffic and improving search rankings. Experience in leading a team is preferred.
• Skills: Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools such as SEMRush, Ahrefs, or Moz. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Knowledge: Deep knowledge of SEO principles, techniques, and tools, as well as the latest SEO trends and Google algorithm updates.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• Personal Traits: Excellent leadership and project management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
