任职要求

1. 精通中英文

2. 打字速度快 (面试前需测试打字速度)

3. 具备良好的表达与沟通能力

4. 有良好的团队合作意识

5. 熟悉电脑操作

6. 可接受加班/轮班制

7. 有客服和销售经验者优先

工作内容

1. 以打字的方式与顾客进行沟通，协助解决客户问题

2. 提供主动、热情、满意与周到的服务，维护良好顾客关系

3. 收集客户意见，反映给上级主管

4. 线上推销公司产品给客户

工作时间

排休 (上班9小时 包括午休1小时) 月休4天

薪酬福利

薪资：2500或以上 (视经验而定)
