This is a sales role with account servicing responsibilities If you are up to the challenge of growing niche lab services because we have a shared perspective that lab tests save lives, speak to us.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Manage and achieve client acquisition, retention, and sales target.

•Work hand-in-hand with Business Development and Product Specialist team to:

•Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers

•Visit potential customers to prospect new businesses

•Pitch expanded scope of services to existing clientele

•Gain a clear understanding of customers' business, needs, and requirements.

•Always provide service excellence and be the bridge with lab operations to ensure service delivery.

•Understanding the market competitors' activities and industry trends to develop and implement a high-growth strategy.

•Increase revenues from within the assigned clientele and region by selling laboratory tests and value-added services. 

•Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, ensure client engagement, and responsible for the collection of outstanding debts.

REQUIREMENTS:

•Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Science or related discipline. 

•Minimum of 2 years of working experience with at least 1 year in BD, sales, or marketing division for healthcare.

•Experience in lab and diagnostic-related sales is an added advantage.

•Self-starter, independent with the ability to foster trust and rapport internally and with clients. 

• Result-oriented individual who is ready to roll up his/her sleeves to walk the talk and get work done.

•Meticulous, organised and effective communicator with high proficiency in Microsoft Office.

•Ability to travel locally and possess own transport with a valid license.

•Able to cover the branches in klang valley and the northern region.

The position offers a basic salary, incentives, and transport allowance.
