DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY:

1.) Lead and supervise the accounting team, ensuring accurate data entry and journal postings into the accounting system while maintaining high standards of precision.

2.) Conduct thorough reviews and analyses of monthly financial statements, providing valuable insights and recommendations to enhance financial performance.

3.) Collaborate closely with external auditors to facilitate the preparation of statutory financial information, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

4.) Take charge of preparing monthly accounts, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets, presenting a comprehensive view of the organization's financial standing.

5.) Demonstrate expertise in preparing annual statutory accounts, meticulously addressing all necessary financial disclosures.

6.) Maintain robust financial ledgers and streamline accounting processes, implementing effective controls to uphold accuracy and efficiency.

7.) Showcase strong negotiation skills to secure optimal financing options for projects, strategically aligning financial resources with organizational objectives.

8.) Provide valuable support during month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

Qualifications:

a) Possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

b) Hold at least 5 years of relevant working experience within a similar working environment, showcasing a solid foundation in financial management.

c) Proficient in computer applications and software relevant to financial analysis and reporting.
